Host3D, software that helps leasing agents give more tours daily, recently partnered with Nebraska investment fund Proven Ventures to accelerate growth within the real estate industry.
Dodds and Host3D Cofounder Vanessa Wu saw the need for better - and more tours - accelerate with COVID. Apartment leasing agents were missing out on tour appointments because potential residents needed a virtual option. Thus, this husband-wife duo started coding the backbone of Host3D.
With an impressive roster of initial property managers on the platform, Proven Ventures’ partnership and investment, helps Wu and Dodds bring on even more multi-family property managers.
